Citizen Involvement Groups are helping to shape the Lancashire Wellbeing Service
19 December 2016
We have always listened to the people that matter the most, our service-users. As well as individual feedback, we often ask people to come along to the citizen involvement groups.
These run every 2 months and are attended by up to 10 formers service users. We spend some time asking questions about their experiences and the comments can directly affect how we operate.
We also show them sneak-peaks of things we are planning to do in the future to get their input. The groups have so far helped us cut down on paperwork, given opinions about the best use of our volunteers, develop our marketing and communications messages and social media.
If you have been a service user and are interested in being involved, ring the information line 03450 138208 and we’ll let you know when our next meeting in your area is.
